Fixed paywall button border radius (#20582)

In emails, the button for the paywall wasn't getting the border-radius,
as [Gmail strips out font styling applied to the `td` element in the
HTML](https://stackoverflow.com/a/38041282). Those styles are now moved
out of that element, and look to apply correctly.

Manages how posts are sent via email

Usage

Develop

This is a monorepo package.

Follow the instructions for the top-level repo.

  1. git clone this repo & cd into it as usual
  2. Run yarn to install top-level dependencies.

Test

  • yarn lint run just eslint
  • yarn test run lint and tests
