internetas	8f6fc53935	Added Lithuanian locale for Portal (#19451) ... This is a complete translation. Some phrases were adapted to sound more natural. Due to the complexity of different numerals and periods words structure in different situations, some words have been shortened (for example "{{amount}} days ago": "Prieš {{amount}} d.")
